Managing multiple cross functional project teams to deliver a programme focused on developing volume business from the direct consumer market. Key Achievements:Managed a programme tasked with transforming traditional law firm heavily reliant upon intermediary business into a customer centric organisation with a direct to public proposition. Programme delivered a new brand , website, SAP CRM system and implemented the supporting target operating model including organisational and cultural changes to deliver a customer centric proposition.

Providing business change and operational support capability to a sales channel distributing a new flexible pension proposition on a B2B and B2C basis.Projects: Created an organisational structure and recruited a new team to meet channel needs.Managed the delivery of a commercially sensitive strategic review of the pension proposition.
