ADT/Tyco, Boca Raton, FL 3/2012 –6/2012 (Six Month Contract Position w/ Insight Global, got job done in four months.) -Tasked as Senior Business Analyst, Agile Coach/Scrum Master and provided the following:-Separated ADT/Tyco’s Residential and Commercial business/data content on their Intranet and all marketing materials to support the separation of Commercial and Small Business modernization-Served as a Scrum Master to provide servant leadership and to accelerate the project’s delivery goals-Coached and mentor developers, data architects and QA analysts to accelerate the projects goals and deliver goals-The project was scheduled/scoped for six months of effort. Due to our Agile/Scrum implementation the project was completed in four months and the visibility that the Agile/Scrum practice provided created trust with our project stakeholders.-The remainder of the contract was to focus on fine tuning the separation of Residential and International Services, ensuring the stakeholders were satisfied, and training ADT/Tyco the practice of Agile/Scrum to provide a long lasting process that produces strong software development, support, quality products and customer service.
