This includes start-ups, family-owned, founder-led, Fortune 50 (UPS), and PE-backed (KKR & TPG) organizations. Past experience includes: 1) C-level responsibility for accounting, corporate development, digital marketing, FP&A, operations, strategy, and transformation.2) Working cross-functionally to develop strategic and financial plans, establish KPIs and implement operating systems to track, measure, and share insights and progress, and ultimately lead teams from the front creating transparency and accountability.3) The purchase, sale, and integration of over 20 companies from valuations of ~ $500k to > $1B. 4) Incubating and operationalizing new products and services and developing sales channels creating $50M in revenue.5) Having experience from many sides of the table. I have been an investor, advisor, strategist, and operator gaining a broad understanding of perspectives allowing me to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to drive value creation. My career started in private equity, investing and developing manufacturing companies, and in investment banking focused on technology and B2B software and services companies during the dot-com bubble. I have also worked for a Fortune 50 organization and was part of the Executive Team of a PE-backed online marketplace and B2B software and services company owned by KKR and TPG. There I was a lead change management driver of a digital transformation that doubled revenue growth and reduced costs by > $80M. This was done during the Financial Crisis and grew the value of the business from ~$525M to > $1.2B in less than four years.I also scaled and sold a founder-led, data-as-a-service business and content marketing platform. During COVID, I started my own consulting firm primarily working to scale startups and founder-led businesses. Recently, I was the GM of the Moving Marketplace Division of Porch and worked with family at a seed-stage startup raising money for charity and promoting brands through influencer networks.Simply stated, I am passionate about company transformations, reinventions, and being a catalyst that challenges the status quo in a thoughtful, proactive way.
