FourM is an executive search and recruitment organization. I started with FourM to complete executive search assignments. This cooperation resulted in a partnership focused on a new service for Fourm; interim management. This interim management activity deployed independent interim managers in the areas Finance, ICT and HRM. I started FourM Interim- & Projectmanagement together with a partner and developed it further as part of Fourm.
