I'd like to believe I'm an organized and diligent individual, that takes pride in whatever it is that I do. I started my professional career coaching soccer. After 5 successful years of coaching both at the college and youth levels, where I focused heavily on player development and player recruitment, I transitioned into professional talent acquisitions. Currently, I focus on managing the hourly hiring for 3 plants in the Campbells company portfolio.I have successfully taken my previous experience and transitioned to professional staffing & recruiting. I have worked every aspect of an agency desk, from New Business Development, Client Management, Candidate Sourcing, and handling the Recruitment process from beginning to end. I have successfully placed people in a multiple of fields throughout my career, in both temporary and permanent positions. A true generalist, some of those fields include Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Food & Beverage, Industrial, Architecture, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Administrative, Customer Service, and Clerical type positions. Also, I run the adult soccer programs (Men's & Women's) at Liederkranz Soccer Club in Mansfield, OH, as well as sit on their social board as a Trustee..Prior to returning to the Liederkranz, where I began my adult playing career, I spent time with Lighthouse SC and United German Hungarians (both from the Philadelphia area), Akron GFS and Alderson Broaddus University.
