This Salesforce.com project led to the approval of the Salesforce 1 mobile app use across all of Schneider Electric.

Telemecanique Sensors, Led the first national sensor sales organization for sensors in 2009, and built a team of 10 outside sales engineers and 2 application engineers. • Created a national sales strategy, interviewed, on-boarded new hires and launched the new sales team in Jan 2010, only 9 weeks from the start of the project. • Developed a complete suite of data analysis tools to assist the sales force in analyzing their regions, markets and channel partners, all of which are still in use today. • Achieved overall US sales growth of 43% for the 3 years thru 2012.

Spearheaded major business opportunities while overseeing 6 outside salespeople, 1 product specialist and 85 Sales Representatives covering all of North and South America. • Drove growth of 17% in two years compared to 3.5% per year for the industry as a whole thru strategic sales efforts with specific product lines to targeted accounts, with a sales budget of $43M.• Drafted the first business plan template used by our global representation channel, assisting the channel in key account identification outside of traditional markets. • Drove first year sales in new business of $1M by planning and launching a repackaged fault recorder.
