As the Employee Listening Program Manager at HP within the People Insights team, I oversee the census and pulse survey programs. My responsibilities included maintaining and innovating assessment tools, researching latent variable models, and leading the Predictive Analytics initiative, which involved creating Business Intelligence Dashboards for various business levels.My initial professional experience was as an I-O Researcher at UPS, managing the Employee Opinion Survey for over 118,000 employees and translating survey results into strategic actions.Specializing in People Analytics, NLP, Surveys, Testing, Assessment, and data analysis, I am proficient in R, Python, SPSS, and adept at creating reproducible research documents using R Markdown and LaTeX.
