In my role as a Group Product Manager, I hold accountability for the vision and strategy of the product group Capacity Steering (50 people). This encompasses ensuring that there is sufficient warehouse and carrier capacity to meet the expected customer demand effectively. This product group includes four product teams: Stock Allocation, Logistic Forecasting, Tactical Planning, and Daily Capacity Steering.My role involves direct oversight of Product Managers while also indirectly impacting the broader product (product, engineering and data science).

I led and managed the product group Optimal Check-out Experience (business & IT). The product encompasses the entire customer journey, starting from adding items to the basket and extending to the order confirmation page on both web and app platforms

Lead Link of the Checkout & Subscription Operations accountable for maximizing circle performance. Also being Program Manager of the Checkout Revamp: redesign a mobile-first and one-page multilingual checkout. Impact: higher conversion, less friction, more ease in use and accessibility improvement

Responsible for the customer service department (customer contact, invoicing, metering and contracting) for the large business customers of the grid operator Liander. To pursue the ambition of "making it easy to do business with Liander," my tasks included: • Maximize the performance by empowering teams with autonomy and self steering • Guiding several consultants in their certification to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt • Establishing a structure where Agile work is possible: achieving results earlier and learning faster • Define and deploy customer experience strategy• Lead the digital transformation of the department by automate processes and digitize customer contact based on customer journeys. For example, setting up a self-service portal and conducting root cause analyses.

• Interim-manager for the customer service department of the Customer & Market Large Business unit• Coaching a university real estate company in working according to the lean philosophy (providing training, continuous improvement, and operational management)

As a Lean and Agile consultant, I guided teams and departments in improving processes, collaboration, and performance. Here are some examples of my assignments: o Project manager for optimizing the ordering and logistics process within a healthcare institution o Designed the ordering process and implemented e-Ordering, an ordering system/platform for 800 residential units to place their orders. o Optimized the logistics process by centralizing all transportation flows. Results: motorized transportation decreased by 70% and increased client participation in the logistics process. o Lean coach for a customer service department at a network operator. Implemented operational management, enabling both managers and team leaders to steer productivity, quality, lead time, costs, and effective improvement o Lean coach focused on quality within an organization-wide Lean program at a network operator. Improved process quality and increased quality awareness among engineers and project managers by developing standards and providing personal coaching.
