I thrive in the space of "How might we?" and love solving problems.Career highlights include starting and running ideaLEVER Solutions for over 25 years and serving hundreds of companies from mom and pop businesses to fortune 500. I have had a front row seat to the boom and bust cycles of Web 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0. I was an early adopter of the SaaS business model and developed products that helped companies grow from a few sales a week to 1800+ transactions a day in 3 languages, and 5 currencies.In 2018 I transitioned out of the company I founded to help grow Plastic Bank from a few dozen employees to over 200, while becoming a world leader in traceable supply chain while pursuing the mission of creating a wasteless world. As a technology leader, I helped establish our offshore development teams, led the development of a unique and engaging plastic footprint calculator, an offset API, and many other digital tools.
