Born and raised in Crediton, my journey in the Estate Agency industry began in 1990 when I joined Helmores. With a passion for starting at the bottom and climbing the ladder, I dedicated myself to learning the ropes and focusing on exceptional customer service. Over the years, I have propelled the business into one of the top estate agencies in Devon. In 2010, I started a lettings department from scratch, that now manages over 300 properties and continues to grow.After years of instruction-taking and valuing property, I decided to shift my focus to the marketing side of the business, allowing others to take over my previous responsibilities. This transition sparked a renewed sense of purpose as I started to introduce more technology to the firm. In 2013, I became a qualified drone pilot, fueling my passion for aerial photography and filmmaking - both of which go perfectly with property marketing! I have since honed my skills in creating cinematic property videos, which have become a unique, in-house offering that sets us apart from competitors.Today, Helmores has expanded to 18 dedicated employees and a thriving New Homes department capable of handling sizable new build developments. In my current role, I've discovered my true niche in digital marketing, film production, email nurturing, and continuously introducing new innovations to the business. I am proud of the journey I have taken and excited for the future as we continue to grow and adapt to the ever-changing real estate landscape.
