Key projects delivered during my time in this role include;-Pan European network management solution utilising Netcool (Micromuse/IBM)-Automated trouble ticket creation solution-Inventory reconcilation-System upgrades

Responsible for the management of the OSS development team. Primary focus was the development of functionality for the NetWork management tools (NetCool)

Deployment of pan-European Network Monitoring solution based on the Agilent – NetExpert system.

Responsible for the management of a large SDH network, supporting both corporate and residential customers. Role included all aspects service assurance, delivery functions and business processes to support the operation of the network.
