Growing up, I wasn’t the most athletic kid, but everything changed when I discovered the gym. My passion for training—and later for coaching others—began to grow.Now, I’ve explored a wide range of sports (Powerlifting, CrossFit, Bodybuilding, Triathlons, Running, Rugby, and Gymnastics) and spent the last 12 years coaching clients both in-person and online.As a trainer, my mission is to help transform not just bodies but minds, fostering lasting positive habits and a glass-half-full mindset. My goal is to share my knowledge, empowering you to gain a deeper understanding of lifting and fitness.Beyond fitness, I am known to enjoy drinking coffee, riding motorcycles and spending as much time as possible with my wife, daughter & son.I really enjoying pushing myself competitively, whether thats from lifting weights, competing in Triathlons or just a crazy challenge someone said that I cant do (I have been know to down a bottle of red wine and not end well).I try to have the outlook on life as the glass is half full rather than half empty and that hopefully comes across in my professional work manner.
