As an Information Analyst II, I supported the Recovery line of business by creating scheduled and adhoc reports in Excel and creating data files for transmission to outside vendors. I worked with the business to gather requirements and understand the business logic then design, write and maintain complex queries and stored procedures using SQL and PL/SQL.

Working as a member of the Membership Administration Optimization team. Responsibilities include gathering business process metrics using SQL queries written in MS Access, analyzing and mapping business processes, report analysis, requirements gathering for Citrix end user testing, supporting the issue resolution process for the Electronic Data Management.

Worked in the Information Technology group creating or modifying complex SQL queries using PL/SQL on an Oracle 10G database that are used for scheduled and adhoc reports. Updated database mappings and rewrote SQL logic for reports in connection with large data migration projects. Wrote insert and update scripts on test database. Worked with business units.
