Responsible for all leasing and marketing activities for Kilroy Realty Corporation’s stabilized and development projects in the region, as well as identifying new opportunities and expanding the company’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest.• Leasing: Drove entire Pacific Northwest portfolio (2.7M SF) to 100% leased, including 1.7M SF of new transactions• Leasing: Managed six brokerage teams across seven project sites• Acquisitions: Evaluated potential acquisitions, identified relevant market trends, and collaborated with development and acquisition teams to weigh implications of financial analysis and scenario gaming on multiple site opportunities • Acquisitions: Iterated over a period of 6 months with the acquisition team, design team, and construction team to acquire a 5-parcel, 59.6K SF development site in downtown Seattle for $133M. Project planned two office towers (900K SF) and a residential tower (500K SF). Pre-pandemic it was scheduled to be delivered after 2024• Dispositions: Collaborated with disposition team to provide market information and trends as part of underwriting sale of property for $134M

As Director of Corporate Architecture, I integrated my experience and knowledge of how value is created in real estate with the creativity of the design process. I closely knit business and enterprise goals with the design process to produce better outcomes for clients such as Zappos.com and their new corporate campus in Downtown Las Vegas, NV. At KMD, I worked closely with the CEO on firm wide initiatives and strategic partnering. My work also included high level client presentations and team contract and fee negotiations in Qatar, China and South Korea. In addition I handled the firm’s real estate acquisitions and dispositions in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle.
