I spearheaded the entire operation, significantly contributing to the company's vision. I was a crucial part of our growth journey, transforming our startup from zero to millions in annual sales and revenue. I played a key role in our expansions. I took charge of evaluating airframes and managing complete teardowns, gaining hands-on experience in receiving and inspecting components from various airframes such as 727, 737, CFM56, and A320.In addition to managing all our consignments and inventory for airlines like Amerijet International, National Airlines, and Allegiant Airlines, I was the sole marketing force behind DRIFT Aerospace, handling all our social media platforms. I set up and managed our entire IT infrastructure, including web design, and developed our CRM platform, Avsight. I oversaw all technical platforms and inventory parts listing on platforms like ILSmart and Aeroxchange. Furthermore, I established and managed our Repairs Department, guiding product lines and handling sales and business development. I managed all operations, including warehouse and shipping, and accounted for over 52% of the company's revenue with my team.
