Having worked in management roles since the age of 20, I have abundant experience in a wide range of areas from site and area team management and HR to financial reporting and commercial aspects of multiple businesses. I have successfully project managed new business openings and been involved with various departments within businesses that have significantly returned large YoY increases. I have enjoyed success in all roles I have had and believe that this is down to sound judgement of how a business should operate. Investing in your team is a key component of any successful business.
