Responsible for end-to-end content management and strategic commercial development of particular content types/products, concentrating specifically on Emerald's case studies publishing activity.

Managing a team developing publishing solutions like case studies for emerging markets, on-territory regional publishing, apps and journal hosting.

Heading up Emerald's Publishing Development department, leading acquisition, new launch and partnership publishing strategies; regionally-focused publishing work including author support and product launch, in China, India, the Middle East, Latin America and SE Asia; testing, recommending and implementing new publishing initiatives.

Managing Emerald's programme of new launch journals, those launched in partnership with other groups and those acquired from other publishers.

Working with member associations and other organisations to support their development through publishing. Launched several new journals in entrepreneurship, built environment and engineering.

Working with member associations to license Emerald's management content to support their members' continuing professional development.

Responsible for transfer and hosting of e-journals on several platforms, including Highwire and Ingenta. Customer service and major account development.

Supervising subscriptions and customer service department for a magazine and book publisher.
