Rob has worked in the music industry with over 15 years experience as a sound engineer, and electronic producer.In 2013 Rob founded Ten87 Studios, a series of community spaces for musical creators in London, home to over 150 audio professionals.Ten87's first project 'Gaunson House' was conceived out a very personal need for quality affordable recording space. The complex features 6 production rooms within an existing artists creative community.By 2017 planning was secured for the second phase of Ten87; ‘Markfield Road’. The project features a 32 unit recording studio complex, containing; 5000f2 of co-working space, a 300 cap venue, Micro-Brewery / Restaurant, and 3 external container production studios. The project was funded by London Borough of Haringey and Arts Council England and is a first of its kind venue in London.In 2018 Ten87 built the ‘High Cross’; a high end recording studio complex with 10 long term let production studios. Funded again by London Borough of Haringey and arts council England.In 2021 Ten87 launched 'The Club' - a world class tracking and mix facility centred around a vintage SSL console and a large scale live room. The space was driven by a need for state of the art facilities at affordable rates for the Ten87 and local community in Tottenham. Rob continues to seek innovation within the music space, via community. His direct network within the industry has formed a thriving and expanding network of creators, which is the essence of Ten87.
