I oversee units of participants during weekend retreats and run quality programming that is inclusive for participants with various disabilities. I track and administer medications and other healthcare for about 20 participants at a time during retreats.

I work to help cultivate a community of social impact agents in Pittsburgh. This involves keeping track of human rights in our city and attending events. I also help curate a weekly newsletter, The Weekly Dose of Good, with hand-crafted content about work being done to make Pittsburgh a better and more equity place for everyone.

I am a researcher in the laboratory of Dr. Mary Torregrossa, in the Translational Neuroscience Program within the Psychiatry Department. I have completed research fellowships with the Center for Translational Mental Health Research and the Brackenridge Honors College program. I do behavioral testing in a rat model. I have completed five independent research projects exploring the underlying mechanisms of memory processes such as reconsolidation and extinction, as well as the role of chronic stress in memory and decision making processes. I am currently working on completed my senior thesis.
