The role of the BT Group Cost Transformation team is to work closely with all lines of business to identify and deliver sustainable cost savings that allows the business to meet its economic challenges and create a growing and prosperous business. BT's Cost Transformation Team work as internal management consultants supporting Executives, Directors and Senior Managers, across all business areas, to deliver business improvements based upon an internally developed cost transformation methodology. This is all completed to maximise long term cash generation that can be used to reinvest in the future of BT. There are numerous opportunities to work across the different CT functions. The training, development, coaching and feedback provide an infrastructure to give you the best of chance of succeeding.• Programme manager of the business improvement/PPM capability development programme, that is uplifting the change management capability across BT that included: - Design and delivery of capability based assessment centres for over 3200 people in BT. - Provision of in-house, BQF accredited training in Lean and Six Sigma and APM accredited P3 training. - Development and delivery of a pan-BT transformation professional community - Implementation of consequence management policy to set baseline performance standards. - Design and implementation of HR policies and processes that maintain baseline capability
