I aim to give these practitioners easy to understand information about our process while working in accordance with applicable legislation. During my time with Xero, I have assisted with the development of our new insolvency access process including the creation of Xero's Insolvency access form and the cross-training of the wider Customer Experience team.

As a member of the Wellington City Council's building consents administration team, my responsibilities included the data entry, processing, and issuing of accepted building consents and responding to customer queries. I was also responsible for assisting with the management of work provided to the Council's contracted structural engineers, and assisting the wider team with inbox management, and general administration duties.

I also provided assistance for the wider team with general administration duties.

This involved following a strict privacy checking process for all documents and eliminating all potential risks to the privacy of both the Corporation and it’s clients. All breaches were recorded and monitored in the Corporation’s information management database, and all processes were completed while following the twelve principles of the New Zealand Privacy Act.
