With over 5 years service as a night shift operator, with excellent attendance/low sickness record and no instances of falling asleep at my work station :)Using Artpro & Illustrator to produce print-ready files for all major print processes, within defined print specifications.

Using the latest Esko plug-ins for Adobe Illustrator and digital workflows within Backstage, I create digital artwork for the Johnson & Johnson group, from the initial origination, through to fully repro'd, press-ready 'handshake' files ensuring all trapping, bleed and colour-separations conform to client and print specifications.

Primary role:•Working on the Mac platform using Artpro, Quark Express, Freehand, Illustrator and Photoshop.•Creating digital artworks, from the initial concept to finished films, for a wide customer base.•Directly liaising with clients, ensuring all aspects or their order are met.•Evaluation of electronically supplied resources.Other roles:•Manual Cromalin production.•Gallus 'Screeny' rotary screen production.•Routine maintenance & calibration of Purup 'Magnum' Imagsetter/ in-line film processor and Agfa Rapidline 66 film processor.•Safe handling and correct disposal of all film processing waste chemistry.•Regular stock-taking, monitoring and ordering of all related consumables.
