Hello there, and thanks for visiting my profile.I've been working online since 1997, getting my start in one of Irelands first web design companies, no joke, this was back when logging on to the internet sounded like a couple of stray cats on pcp trying to escape from a rusty bin... you remember those 14mbps modems?Anyway, the company in question was Equinox, a very 90's internet marketing name. Some great experience and got very good at making tea! But, owe a lot to Gerry, the founder, cheers dude.Moved on to some other design firms in Dublin, then landed a job in Ireland Online, head of their web design department.I got head hunted by RTE (Irish BBC) a couple of months into the Ireland Online gig, which was a good move, as Ireland Online tanked.Joined RTE in 1999, the internet was still in it's infancy, well in Ireland anyway, phones had buttons, and you could get a strange version of the internet no one really used called WAP... I seem to remember it costing a fortune.Worked on some pretty big projects in RTE with some great people, and we did enjoy our tea breaks.Got a bit restless around 2008, some call it a quarter life crises, so, took a year career break to take a trip around the world, great experience.Soon after returning to RTE in 2009, staff were offered a 2 year career break, semi paid, thanks world crash, so, I took this opportunity to go to China and train Kung Fu.This also gave me time to develop my own online ventures. Since 2014 I have been working on Amazon FBA, manufacturing my own products, from China, Korea, Mexico and USA.I've had an interest in Crypto since 2016, rode the crazy ICO rollercoaster, my portfolio is mostly top 10, go XRP!
