• Aligned all facilities to best practices for assurance of successful sale from holding company to Publicly Traded Company• Eliminated overlapping operations, revised methods, and realized annualized cost savings exceeding $4.7M.• Directed project teams responsible for reduction of late deliveries by 23%.• Designed and installed a streamlined order tracking system.

• Strategic planning and leadership to build out infrastructure and staffing of two factories with over four hundred staff members.• Developed frameworks and processes in compliance for certifying facility to ISO 9001 quality management system.• Championed three, six-figure prototypes brought to market a year earlier than anticipated.

• Complete P&L responsibilities which took an operation at purchase from loss of $900K to $3.1M profit in less than two years.• Oversaw the purchase, assignment of assets, and leadership transfer of an established heavy equipment manufacturer to TRIO control.• Reduced lead time of all products at least 50% using lean principles.
