Rob Morrow practices law in Southern California in the areas of corporate law and taxation. Besides his juris doctor, he has a Master of Laws degree in taxation and is certified as a specialist in taxation law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Since 1998, Rob has taught tax law in the JD and LLM programs at Golden Gate University (where he was an associate dean), Loyola-L.A., and Chapman University, where he was a visiting associate professor of law during the 2012-13 and 2013-14 academic years. He has also lectured at the American Bar Association and elsewhere on topics such as current developments in the taxation of S corporations and income allocation in private equity funds.Rob’s law practice focuses on the transactions of small- and medium-sized corporations, partnerships, and LLCs, including their organization, capitalization, operation, division, and dissolution. He also regularly represents individual and business taxpayers before the taxing authorities on audits, appeals, and Tax Court litigation.
