I began here as a loan officer in 2000 from Home Loan and became a sales manager in 2008. I manage a group of highly motivated sales people comprised of 10 loan officers each with over 10+ years conventional and sub prime experience and a vast knowledge of government and conventional products. We have a great team and our colleagues are always asking me.

I was hired in January of 2000 as a sub-prime mortgage originator for an inside sales division at Jefferson Blvd West in Warwick, RI. This was the very early stages of the sub prime channel for Citizens Mortgage where I quickly became accustomed to selling to current banking and mortgage customers who demanded the highest level of customer service. I started at Home Loan right out of college and joined a comprehensive training program to become a Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer. This took 11 months where I began in telemarketing both inbound and outbound, to night manager of outbound telemarketing, to underwriter and eventually to a top producing loan officer. I learned all facets of the sub prime industry.
