Markets and capital formation have changed with the advent of quantitative easing, high frequency trading, leveraged ETF's and increasing velocity and rotation. Public markets are more about capital allocation and private markets are taking a growing share of capital formation that drive business growth. We strive to identify, and/or provide the structure and mechanism to help businesses and strategic added value partners accelerate growth and reduce risk.

These companies (usually $2mm to $14mm in valuation) are well beyond "idea" and "project phase" with meaningful results but trapped between friends and family capital and institutional money where access to small amounts of capital become important to probability of success. We are proactive in working with these companies and consulting to in business development, marketing, legal and investment structure, team building, capital strategy and other needed solutions for success. We believe our strategic added value and proactive approach can help enhance returns not only for their investors through reduced failure rate, but is beneficial to start ups in protecting equity and improving outcomes.
