I led and was responsible for their performance and relationships with delivery partners in the local authorities. Was responsible for the development of Urban Renaissance Policy and Programme Evaluation Delivered an EU procurement exercise for a series of framework contracts for professional services.

Acting as client for the commissioning of environmental improvement programmes. Assisting communities to prepare Village Design Statements. Sustainable Development Policy.

Established and managed a £12.3M grant funded programme for a wide range of regeneration projects in Bridlington including a major project to improve houses in multiple occupation.

Developed a package of funding and delivered a programme of canal side land reclamation projects to improve derelict land for British Waterways. Delivered a major Millennium funded project to reclaim a derelict site in conjunction with local stakeholders and a multi-national chemicals company.Worked with community groups and parish councils to develop and deliver landscape projects.Provided technical input to Groundwork's national education programmes including teaching assistance to schools on landscape design.
