CurrentResponsible for troubleshooting, documenting, follow up and resolving or escalating all technology issues for global law firm’s 1000+ user community. Maintain and run loaner pools. Applications supported include MS Office suites, Hummingbird DM, iRedline and Internet Explorer. Blackberry Administrator and also support Blackberry devices, Active Directory account management, provide remote access support via Neoteris and Bomgar. Perform system testing including VPN (through Checkpoint and Juniper end-to-end access points), run WAN restoration testing for Level III change controls. Configure firm-issued laptops and the user’s home systems for secure access via wireless broadband into the network. Administration of Remote Access database for soft and card tokens. Certified as HDI Support Center Analyst.
