In my 14 years with Motion Recruitment I've had the pleasure of learning the IT Staffing, RPO, MSP and SOW world of recruitment inside and out. I've worked cross functionally with Sales, IT, Product, Finance, Marketing, HR and Legal to build out internal workflow, process automations, training, and everything data related to increase efficiencies, deliver great client experiences and provide data driven insights helping to grow our business. I've been a key member involved with large scale projects involving transitioning our internal ATS, integrating acquired companies into our workflow and process, new product rollouts and change management, product evaluations and overall operational efficiency for the business. Working in a shared services role I've had the opportunity to wear many hats, I have a passion for turning complex data insights into actionable change and building process / data capture into a smooth and easy to follow process.I am an excellent problem solver and critical thinker and always look to keep things simple. I've learned over the years that complex solutions drive minimal gains when trying to adapt a large business and have leaned on a great quote from Bill Gates when working to identify true solutions to problems that can be followed - “I choose a lazy person to do a hard job. Because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it.” I have a large amount of experience working with teammates brand new to the organization up to the C-Suite and thrive in challenging situations. I enjoy both autonomous work as well as working as a team and strive to bring value to the organization everyday.
