Responsibilities included designing and orchestrating an InnerSource pilot of five project teams to prototype using inner source development practices. Contributed to the development of cultural and communication roadmap to expand adoption of inner source practices across ICG using lessons learned from the pilot.

Created and launched partnership program for other foundations and nonprofits with complementary missions to FINOS such as the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) and Alliance for Innovative Regulation (AIR). The purpose of TeachCS was to match in-service high school teachers nationwide to the professional development and funding needed to become computer science teachers. Managed pilot year annual budget of $200,000. Led all foundation fundraising efforts as well as the development of partnership plans with curricula and professional development organizations, especially partner universities (Brown, Trinity, UCLA, University of California Berkeley, University of Texas, Duke) along with overall day-to-day operations, budgeting, and board management.

Led product management and engineering of Relay’s online digital learning environment, used by over 1,000 full-time students, and which serves as the bedrock to Relay’s hybrid, flipped classroom, model. Led design, development, and deployment of new public web site, new Drupal based content management platform for curricular content, and new student information system. Grew two person engineering team to five engineers and two product managers while further implementing Agile and defining overall development methodology. Oversaw migration from SVN and on-premise hosting to Git/Github and AWS (Cloud) hosting for critical Relay applications. Responsible for the delivery of application releases to meet Relay's strategic roadmap. Managed of 12 staff and budget of $2.8 million. Additionally responsible for helping Relay scale from a local, 60-person organization to a national organization with 6 campuses and 135 colleagues serving thousands of students.

Chief of Staff to the Deloitte Vice Chairperson and Americas Sector Lead for Media & Entertainment, with responsibilities to help manage a $500m annual business across Deloitte's services (Consulting, Audit & Enterprise Risk, Financial Advisory, and Tax). Responsibilities included leadership of the Deloitte "State of the Media Democracy" study. Additionally led the development of the Deloitte "Devices, Consumption and the Digital Landscape" research, which looked at trends in media consumption related to tablets and smartphones. Led with Lead Client Service Partners the development of the account plans for Deloitte’s Office of the CEO and Office of the Regional Managing Partner accounts. Spoke at conferences such as SxSW and Digital Hollywood, as well as with client executive teams, 30-35 times annually about media & entertainment industry trends.
