Current- Senior Customer Support Specialist
- Working with new and existing TMS clients to aid in various support and developement issues they are experiencing.
- Provide training assistance to clients as new functionality is added to releases.
- Assisting in training both the new manager and new support personnel staff.
- Working with SQL to troubleshoot and upgrade code for tickets to relieve some workload for the SQL team
- Working with Jasper Reports to create and update reports for clients.
