I am head of the section for advisory services in Energy Systems of DNV. As the world’s leading resource of independent energy experts and technical advisors, we help industries and governments to navigate the many complex, interrelated transitions taking place globally and regionally in the energy industry. We are committed to realizing the goals of the Paris Agreement, and support our customers to transition faster to a deeply decarbonized energy system.I am digital lead for the region continental Europe, Middle-East and India. This role is focused on delivering innovative digital services to our clients. I am also leading the global knowledge management practice which consists of consultants who are working on International assignments for clients. I have been working for 30 years as a management consultant in the area of knowledge and innovation management. My clients have been companies such as Alstom Power, Siemens AG, FIAT, Sara Lee / DE, DSM but also ministries and the EC. My professional objective is to support people in companies and organisations to deal with knowledge challenges, to build successful knowledge strategies and to understand the dynamics of knowledge and learning in their business.I was core lecturer at the post-master program 'change, learning and development (LOV) in collaboration with the Radboud University, University of Utrecht, Twijnstra Gudde and the RSM. I was program manager of the masterclass Knowledge management which was executed between 1998-2014 in collaboration with the Baak (NL).Specialties: Energy value chain, Decarbonisation road maps & pathways, Knowledge and innovation management in profit sector, NGO's and not-profit sector, digitalisation.
