Unruly is an advertising technology company that gets videos watched, tracked, and shared across the Open Web. My responsibilities include: recruiting and retention in a staff of 73 developers, across 7 teams; provision of mentoring, training and coaching with regards to Agile methodologies and career paths; facilitation of diversity & inclusivity initiatives; projection and estimation of future budgets for the department within the context of industry growth.
