With over 25 years of sales management experience, I've spent 8 years in our commercial roofing/restoration, consistently crafting and implementing effective sales strategies that build robust customer relationships and foster collaboration across departments.A pivotal aspect of my role involves transitioning into the role of Sales Closer, a position that focuses on supporting our sales representatives and ensuring each team achieves its goals. Collaborating closely with the sales team, I provide crucial support during negotiations, drawing from extensive experience and staying attuned to industry trends to facilitate successful deal closures.Moreover, my responsibilities include curating a training curriculum for kickoff meetings and devising ongoing training programs to continually enhance our team's capabilities.Acting as a team leader, I am responsible for training, reviewing performance, and providing ongoing guidance to ensure each team member excels in their roles. I maintain regular communication channels to monitor progress and ensure the attainment of set goals.Setting and monitoring sales quotas and goals (KPI's) for team members is a core responsibility. Providing comprehensive progress reports to the executive team on goal achievements is a routine part of my duties.I take charge of the deployment and ongoing use of Pipedrive, ensuring accuracy and providing detailed progress reports to the management team.Additionally, I manage and schedule sales team meetings, creating inclusive agendas and encouraging team participation. I conduct quarterly performance reviews with team leads and members, addressing performance gaps and setting short-term goals for continuous improvement.
