Initially the role was to re-invent the B2B sales operating model within Dixons Retail. General Manager PC World Truro with an annual turnover of c£10M with a team of 30 staff or 24 FTE (Aug 2007 to May 2010). Also seconded general manager for PC World Swindon and Cardiff. Early 2007 I was given the responsibility to set up and open a new store PC World Bournemouth with a projected annual turnover of £10.2M. I successfully recruited, trained and engaged a new team of 42 staff from the local area.

Joined the graduate training programme for Aldi and operated mostly in the South East running / managing a number of stores (Kingsbury, Tottenham, Catford). I applied for PC World an industry I was more interested in at the time.
