These colleagues were brought in at a critical time and I was able to deliver the expectations of the senior management team and achieve the projects training objectives before the deadline and within budget.• Introduced alternative training delivery methods via LiveMeet and Sharepoint, throughout the L&D team. This resulted in the team being able to reach a wider audience quicker and reduced travel costs.
