This position required a highly accomplished executive proficient in program and project management, sales, lean and six sigma methodologies, manufacturing techniques, plant operations management, strategic planning, quality control, full P&L responsibility, as well as, productivity and performance, results driven, action-oriented, and customer service oriented. The position required someone with passion, vision, and a mission that can provide inspirational motivation to all staff, customers, and vendors. Reason for leaving: Partner became ill with cancer, which caused a variety of hardships. Inevitably, this resulted in closing down and selling off the company.Highlights: • Planned and implemented corporate startup, which included business plans, timelines, and budgets• Company had 5 axis CNC lathe and milling capabilities• Developed sales from 0 to almost $1 million in the 1st year, to 2 million in the 2nd year, and almost $3.5 in the 3rd year• Quoted and negotiated contracts with large Oil & Gas, Aerospace and Defense, and Semi-conductor companies• Created and implemented Personnel, Safety, AS9100, ISO, Quality, and TQM manuals, processes, and policies• Planned and implemented Vista by Epicor as a fully integrated ERP system including finance, supply chain, production management, resource planning, and sales management• Implemented GibbsCAM CAD/CAM as the programming software• Articles published in the 2002 January issue of Tooling and Production and The Manufacturer on my GibbsCAM skills• Implemented the use of numerous lean and six sigma methodologies to control processes and quality• Drove continuous improvement initiatives within the company• Planned and installed the complete IT infrastructure within the company• Complete P&L responsibility• Recognized as the go to company for difficult machining solutions in all types of plastics, aluminum, and stainless applications with tight tolerances
