I was the lead corporate writer for Canada Post’s negotiations with the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) in 2016, and supported communications in negotiations with the Association of Postal Officials of Canada (APOC), the Canadian Postmasters and Assistants Association (CPAA), and Public Service Alliance of Canada/Union of Postal Communications Employees (PSAC/UPCE). Canada Post's Writing Services team works closely with Media Relations, Client Services, Graphics, Translation, Social Media and Corporate Events. -
