Rob Waterman has over 20 years experience in the construction management and human resources fields. Additionally Rob has a B.A. in Business Administration from Muhlenberg College with concentrations in Management and Human Resources. Early in his career, Rob was the founder of one of Maine's largest hardscape installation companies. He then went on to work as an Account Manager and Trainer for a communications engineering firm where he was responsible for staffing solutions for clients and projects nationwide. Going back to his roots in construction Rob then went on to work with a premier Architectural Concrete Company where he was responsible for managing the full life cycle of all projects through the manufacturing process. This included the direct management of the drafting, engineering, and project management staff along with coordination of three internal departments and customer installations. Today Rob is proud to be part of the Leadership Team with Simard and Son's Inc. based in Lewiston, Maine. Simard & Sons offers over 85 years of experience as a petroleum equipment installation and service company servicing all of Northern New England.
