Working on large scale projects has afforded me the opportunity to vastly improve my BIM capabilities, and I am now experienced in using Revit at multiple stages, from initial modelling to producing tender packages and detail drawings. Working out of hours means taking emergency calls for various council-run departments, namely; social services, highways and transportation, and properties. This role requires me to remain calm and steady in potentially stressful situations, and also to instill calm in the callers, who can quite often be distressed. My job is to take as many details as possible, and to liaise with the relevant department, be it a police matter, highways agency matter, or social services matter.

Achieved an upper second class degree in the K100 BArch course. DipArch in Architecture to follow.

As a general assistant I undertook many roles. I worked in front of house, helping with customer queries and selling products. I also worked on the tills and the customer service desk. Finally, I worked in the store room, taking care of goods deliveries, and taking produce out onto the shop floor.
