Co-management of business unit and team of 25 consultants.Key in most of my projects is managing change in a complex situation and involvement of workers councils and/or unions. Typical projects focus on helping clients to change their HR and reward strategy because of attraction & retention issues, changing business environment, or restructuring / mergers. This involves:- harmonisation of reward packages after a merger/acquisition, - improving return-on-reward and effectiveness of the reward investment- improving the total reward offering as part of the total employee value proposition,- tailor pay to groups such as scarce/critical jobs in order to boost recruitment and retention- designing (global) compensation strategies, - redesigning variable pay structures, - rethinking performance management and how this is linked with reward, - providing insight through reward and people analytics,- reward and benefit/pension due diligence,- reducing the risk and liabilities of pension schemes,- doing project management, communication and governance around change projects.
