As Vice President of Sales at Steel, LLC, Rob Williams oversees all aspects of projects from early conception to completion.Rob joined Steel, LLC in 2004 as Project Manager and most recently served as Director of Engineering. In his time with the firm, Rob has overseen projects including Mercedes Benz Stadium, Navy Federal Credit Union campus in Pensacola, World of Coke, Jackson County Federal Courthouse, US Southern Command Headquarters in Miami, modifications to the NASA Vehicle Assembly Building High Bay 3 and the United Launch Alliance Crew Access Tower at Cape Canaveral as well as many others including airplane hangars, bridges, sports and event facilities, high-rise construction and hospital and medical facilities. Rob began his career as a structural engineer and earned his P.E. license early on. He then worked with one of the nation’s top general contractors on complex commercial projects. His general contracting skills, engineering background, and fabrication experience allow him to be actively involved in all aspects of a project. Rob enjoys working with structural engineers, conceptualizing a project, and seeing it through to its completion.
Rob is a graduate of Auburn University in civil structural engineering and is a registered P.E. in Georgia.
