Interim role focussing on sickness absence and wellbeing

Day to day duites include:Providing budgetary and HR advice to senior managers.Active input into all non clinical aspects of the division.Budget monitoring, income and expenditure.Delivery of HR service, i.e. sickness absence management, performance management, discipline and grievance casework; accurate and comprehensive KPI reportingKey achievements:Oversaw recruitment for the second phase of the development (additional 150 staff at all levels)Improved effectiveness of the HR service to the division by focusing on consistency, quality, KPI’s and sharing best practiceManaged the Divisional budget preparation and setting process(£15 million)Member of project team for new step down facility

Oversaw recruitment of all staff, led on recruitment campaign for the second phase of the development of the unit. Managed all ER issues on site, conducted induction and E & D training for all staff. Member of the senior management team of the unit. Facilitated appraisal training and co-ordinated the process on site, CRB counter signatory.

Provided on site HR advice and support to the management team
