I worked with him on multiple tasks during my time at Blankhans, being them for concept art and UI. He always provided clear indications and comprehensive studies and references through well-organized tickets and design boards on Miro. He's also quick at providing useful feedback and iterating on ideas coming from the concept art side. Rob has a knack for involving every member of the team in generating ideas while coordinating the process and keeping it tidy so that there is a space for every kind of idea in its rightful place, from "must have" to "something to explore in the future". He's a driven person, proactive, with a positive attitude and a gentle and collaborative but steady way of leading the creative process. Rob knows how to give the right priority to everything at the right moment in time he's great at balancing creativity with cost-efficiency results. You can also see how he cares about collecting essential information from the fact that he goes the extra mile: for example, after a playtest he can follow up on written feedback, asking questions if the situation requires it particularly, and trying to stimulate a conversation around specific topics. I think Rob would be a great addition on any team both for the quality of his work and the joy to have him being part of the team." and "Throughout our work on Coreborn, Rob consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute game design ideas.
