I'm Rob Woodburn, a seasoned executive in the entertainment industry with over two decades of experience spanning Australia and the United States. As the Founder and Director of the Rob Woodburn Agency (RWA) and its parent company, Rise Talent & Literary Agency Pty Ltd (RISE), I'm dedicated to nurturing talent and guiding artists toward their full potential. As such, my agency (RWA) was honoured as one of '15 Australian Talent Management Agencies To Watch In 2022' by The Australian Business Journal.Throughout my 25-year career, I've achieved significant milestones. This includes serving as Partner and Head of the Feature Film & Television Division at Artist & Entertainment Group (AEG) in Sydney. At AEG, Australia's largest talent agency at the time, I played a key role in contributing to the agency's growth and success. Additionally, I founded Jet Set Models' Theatrical Division (Jet Set Agency) in California, representing notable clients in feature films and television.I've had the privilege of representing distinguished artists and collaborating with industry heavyweights, delivering results and fostering trust. My advisory roles include positions on numerous boards such as Westpac Bank, Sydney Blue Sox (Australian Baseball League, MLB International), and NSW Origin Legends Management (National Rugby League).
