We're all wired differently, so if you put me in a box please add the label: “Rob, analytical thinker with the patience of Job.” I believe these personality traits, in part, are why I've felt magnetically drawn to software engineering my entire life. I find software engineering immensely interesting and rewarding. In particular, I enjoy the creative and artistic sides which result in solutions that are much more than just functional. By patiently analyzing the big picture and diligently discovering the true needs, my teams and I have proudly developed solutions that really make a difference. Knowing that our work can make the lives of our user’s easier and more productive gives me the ultimate job satisfaction.Yes, my blood runs orange. As a Clemson University magna cum laude graduate in Computer Science, I built my career upon a solid foundation where I mastered the fundamentals and discovered my passion for software development. Additionally, I “learned how to learn” during those years which is something I continue to leverage to this day through self-study.Most of my experience happens to be in banking but I very much welcome diversity, both project and workforce. My projects over the years have really varied allowing me to tackle many new and exciting challenges along the way. The favorite market I've worked in is hands down my 4 years in NYC where I enjoyed the work, city and diverse workforce.I'm flexible and have always been willing to do whatever it takes to make the right opportunity work. My work experience includes 1099 & W-2 jobs, partnerships, entrepreneurial projects and relocating as needed. Feel free to reach out to me and introduce yourself, I always welcome meeting and collaborating with new people.
