Strategic Integrations is a strike-force team that can step in and manage projects or provide additional support where needed. We also spearhead Organizational Culture & Engagement, leading our Employee Committees, and new employee resource groups, and organizing talks and panels with internal and external thought-leaders, showcasing important industry experts and voices heading significant DEI initiatives for all our staff.•Executed planning for our annual Employee Opinion Survey, Management Team meetings, and all professional development while Human Resources sought a new Senior Director and restructured internal processes.•Facilitates quarterly KPI dashboard submissions, improving reporting and storytelling with departments, reviewing dashboards with the CEO, developing a modular dashboard template aligned with our branding, and ideating with senior leadership to increase alignment between KPIs, C-suite needs, and annual strategic roadmaps.•Coordinates our annual Double Impact strategic planning, including timelining the full year's process, liaising with departmental leads and our senior-level leadership, and templating and managing all roadmaps. •Supports the implementation of a new professional development LXP, EdCast. This meant planning our new daily operations and how to smooth customer complaints and anxieties over sudden loss of usable space.
