I have experience in hospitality and retail. My main responsibilities and skills I gained within these sectors are customer service, sales and leadership. Within my most recent role, I was promoted to 'Step-Up Supervisor'. This title was in regards to my position being a sales assistant, and part of the management team. Throughout this, I have been trained to cash tills, open and close the premises and run shifts. This meant assisting and supporting my co-workers, as well as instructing throughout the shifts, and doing such work as organising, running the store single-handed and stock.
