I have worked as a Sr Condo Review Specialist and Administrative Assistant for over 15 years. The position and role has changed over time and I have changed with it. I can easily take the skills I have learned and apply to other positions. Within the Condo Review Specialist role, I have learned and was a SME in Leasehold reviews, FHA and VA government Condo Reviewing. I had been issued FHA - DELRAP authority from FHA to access and update the FHA Condo Database. I have worked with builders, on new construction condos.Before and during my role in condo review, I had been an Administrative Assistant and preformed administrative duties not part of the condo review job description that needed to be done. Administrative duties preformed include, Scheduling Meetings, Answering questions via phones, Maintaining Databases, Creating Templets, Interviewing, Creating and Maintaining Filing systems, Payroll, Ordering Office Supplies, Sorting Mail, Managing Email boxes and Correspondence.I strive to always to get the job done and find ways to make the process easier or more streamlined. I am motivated to learn and love to try new things. I have shown over the years that I take pride in my work and the company I work for.
